They need it. Both programs have been very bad, with poor numbers, for a few years now.

Hopefully they get that time. You never know what the spineless in charge of schools will do.

Possibly so in some places but previous boys HC had I think 5 years and the team was bad each year and he resigned. Girls side the last few coaches left on their own, not forced out, and weren't good

Have really seen Celina ouch their coaches out the door.
