Yes, we get it. Yes, everyone agrees that a woman that has been raped should be entitled to abort the child, if that rape results in conception of a child.

That’s hardly a reason to approve of an unlimited abortion issue.

regardless, on the passage of this ballot issue, the newest Ohio abortion law will remain stayed by the judge. The judge is not going to back off if this issue fails.

This is nothing but codifying planned parenthood‘s business model in the Ohio constitution, just like Dan Gilbert did with his casino monopoly.

as I’ve said earlier, I think people that complained about issue 1 in the August 8 special election because of the 88 county requirement or such ancillary issues, but that are willing to swallow this garbage ballot issue amendment and approve it are pretty pathetic.

A female does not always have "a reproductive choice" Rape being one example
"everyone agrees that a woman that has been raped should be entitled to abort the child, if that rape results in conception of a child." No, millions of anti-abortion Americans do not agree with that statement. And there efforts opposing these cases have had some success in state legislatures.

Let me show you how it works as to words in the English language.
You know who is included in "everybody", "outliers." You cannot change the language to cover your mistakes.
And given the number of bans on abortion including those in case of rape and incest introduced in state legislatures and that the above poll shows that idea is supported by 28% of Republicans, it would seem to be a rather significant group in numbers.
