7 on 7 vs. Ellet

Hoover looked pretty good in their first 7 on 7 scrimmage against Ellet yesterday. The passing offense was productive as Jared Wackerly looked sharp. Hoover receivers were getting open as well. The defense shut down Ellet's passing offense. DB's good a good workout on both teams (running was not an option). I believe the score was Hoover 5 - Ellet 1. The lone Ellet score came against Hoover's reserve unit. No apparent injuries sustained.
 
 
has Hoover had another 7 on 7? if so how did they look? if not when and where is it?
 
Hoover played in a multiple team 7 vs 7 at the University of Akron last week. I didn’t hear any results.
 
Hoover took 2 of 3 games. The offense looked good. The defense did not. However, 7 on 7 defensive units consists of 1 DE, 3 LB's and 3 DB's. Only 2 of the 6 starting LB's/DB's played. The other four starters were nursing injuries.

Most of the teams we played were from out of state (PA). The one team we played from Ohio was Miami and we beat them.
 
VikingsFan, Do you have any updates on the status of the injuries to the starting LB’s and DB’s? I have heard that Wakulchik has yet to practice. Do you know if Matt will be ready to go by the opener at CCC?
 
Wakulchil, Dahl & Georgiades are nursing injuries. None are expected to miss the opener against CCC. Gnau & Allman have returned to practicing.
