I don’t know if it’s shameful but More is recruiting. You really think Ted needs to recruit Ginn Elite student athletes? He didn’t have to recruit my son at all. As he says, he doesn’t need to recruit, his track record sending kids to the next level speaks for itself. And anyway you slice it Owens made his way to Copley and Tomlinson and the other young men made their way to the Ville and IMO OHSAA did all of the young men a disservice.

“Every meaningful play by a non Massillon kid” is absurd and false. If you watched the game as you say then that statement makes you a moron. Interception by McConnell not a big play? Blocked punt by Bond not a big play? Ryan Paige’s 13 tackles not meaningful?

Also, Dorian made a nice play to be near the receiver on that last drive but he never touched the ball so crediting him for breaking up the pass is also false.


Finally, calling Mylen a Beachwood kid is just comical. Kid is in his 6th year living in and playing for Massillon…

I truly don’t follow, I’m not familiar with Cuyahoga Hills. Pretty cool that your avatar is the picture of a high school football coach that doesn’t recruit. Let’s get back to Massillon football.

Or better yet, what’s the outlook for your Tigers in 2024? Looking forward to our Fr and JV games, should be very competitive.
 
Who will make up our starting O and D??? Who will be our suprise players to step up and make a name for themselves???

No y'all just take all the best talent in Cleveland under Ginn Elite praying most of the kids attend Ginn Academy which I'm sure most do it's honestly kind of self-explanatory but I mean it works

Please tell us what these "recruits" to Massillon are given and take that info to the OHSAA. I am sure they would love to see your proof of the recruitment. The program attracts the kids and their families. Top notch program, facilities, coaching and of course the best fan base in the entire nation. Transfers are part of high school sports. Nobody has to give these kids or their families anything for them to make the best decisions for their futures.
 
Wtf are you guys arguing that neither one of you recruit, while accusing each other of recruiting? Youz are both talking crap while actually being in agreement, and it looks stupid. Just drop it.

Back to Massillon football. Bud, my surprise player candidates this year are Allman, Lynch, Shertzer, and/or Moore (coach's son). Also, between Mitchell, Lennix, Gamble, and Owens - it will be VERY interesting to see if/who outshines the field or if it stays a committee.
