Their closest CHL game last year 3-0 over reading Linneman 1 hit them.
Taylor only gave up 7 total runs vs CHL opponent's and scored 245.

Front runner for POY Cam Linneman

Taylor only graduated 1 senior. They have a Freshmen , Ellie Stafford whom will slide in her spot and also get some starts in the Circle.

Yea unfortunately the CHL is not very good for softball.
Smith graduating for Reading hurts them big time in circle. Wilson will help score some runs for Deer park but its bad.

Ill throw some more info out about Ellie Stafford later in the year. I think she is a 2-3 year POY type of player! She plays high level Travel softball for Top Gun national program! and I believe is the 82nd ranked girl in her class in the country. She will DEF get some innings and reps in the circle for the jackets (which will be another year of #'s getting taken away from Cam BUT her dad is the HC but realizes all the girls need some time as well if the program is going to grow!)

Ellie Stafford is a freshmen , she is the 82nd ranked freshmen in the country. There is another freshmen last name of Franke those 2 can rake!

8th grade girls has 2-3 girls coming in next year that can play as well!

Stafford is the real deal Pitcher/1B , lefty hitter with a TON of pop.
 
Taylor scrimmaged Highlands last night

was an exciting game!

Freshmen Ellie stafford had the walk off double to seal the W for the jackets!

Ellie stafford 3-3 3RBI (3 IP 5K's)
Cam Linneman 2-3 (4 IP 9 K's)

This year will be a little different for teams that pitched around linneman , bc behind her is Stafford who can rake!

taylor and NR had a battle on saturday!

NR won 1-0 on a walk off base hit.

Linneman threw 7innings 12 k's 5 hits 1 run

Freshmen Ellie Stafford threw all 7 for the Jackets giving up 1 run (on only 2 hits) . 2 K's and 0 BB

Linneman was 2-3 w/ a solo HR

All indications are itll be a Greenville/Taylor matchup for the district title , AGAIN lol as it has been for the past few years. But you never know.

On paper this is the best team taylor has had during this run they have been on IMO.

Greenville had intentionally walked their way past Taylor the past few years (not pitching to Linneman) Now taylor has a solid stick in the order behind her in stafford so we will see what their strategy will be if they face off once again.

And linneman still gets a bad wrap , yet I have been to 3 homes this year and by the 3rd inning in 2 of the 3 half of the JV team had entered the game.

in one of those three (i wont put the team name out there) He had 3 consecutive girls walk off the base to record the 3 outs. they could have scored 100 runs if they wanted to.
 
IH would be the surprise in the league for sure.

CHL is not very good past Taylor.
but last year they were 4-10 , this year they are 6-2 so far. they have a good shot to win 8-9 league games! it does look like they only play CHL teams though. they did have norwood Scheduled for a game but was rained out.
 
Taylor gets a no hitter by freshmen addie Frankie in the 1st one.

That's the 3rd Taylor pitcher to record a no hitter this season.

They win both vs FT and get consecutive chl W's 89 and 90
