It was late January last year, so it could be any day now I would guess.

The only reason it was January last year was because it was CBP adjustment only as opposed to being a new enrollment cycle.
This year is a new enrollment cycle (the previous enrollment cycle covered 17-18 and 18-19). The "base" count taken in October 2018 has yet to be released/approved by the OHSAA board. Normally it's done at the February/March meeting and is what will be used for 19-20 and 20-21. Take the base enrollment (done alternating years) and the CBP modifiers (done every year), you'll get divisions.
