Joba Chamberlain is going to have to fight for his career with this latest injury. Very serious after already trying to return from Tommy John.

On the positive side, Andy Pettitte has signed a 2.5 million minor league deal and hopes to be on the club by May. I hope he does well as he is definitely my favorite pitcher that I have seen pitch in person.

Team is getting older now, but with the additions of Pineda/Kuroda in the rotation one would think they are a favorite to win the AL East. With the new Wild Card rule in place, I think the top 4 AL East teams will all be competing for the playoffs until the very end.

Toronto has a lot of young talent that is starting to come up and could be the new Rays very soon.
