I have heard the Cactus album but not One way or Another.....
Haven't heard any Spirit so might give that one a try

As for Uriah Heep, heard both of those albums... liked Demons and Wizards better for actually like Salisbury the best from them.

Liked this one as it was my first time listening to Spirit. Will definitely check out more albums by them.....

I first heard this album when it was new. One thing I found very strange about it, if you listen to side 2 first, the album seems to have no flow. Listen to Side1, then Side 2 and it‘s great. I brought this up among friends, when I was living in Kent in 1972, and most felt the same way. Check it out, and tell me if I’m crazy.
 
BTO - II Just got done listening to this one and not a bad track on it. It scores as a Great Album with a 80.730 but falls just short of my top 50. This album will definitely get into my rotation.
