Yawn...we have been saying this since the riots started...try to keep up.

Doing a pretty good job on the FBI national guard and law enforcement too. Armed protest warnings issued to all 50 state capitols and DC. What do you do with that?

Oh well I'm sure they have nothing better to do.

All because this POTUS, his lies, seditious republicans, and their cult followers. The email lady was right.

Can't speak for happy since he wasn't here afaik, but TP was already pretty miserable before Drumpf even came down the escalator lol.

Sounds like a lot of sBLM rioters are guilty of this.
thanks for pointing it out. We will await their trials.

I'm sure you agree then, that these rioters are guilty of this.

It will be relatively easy to pursue remedies for people who had any clear role in the violent coup attempt, but it will be much harder to pursue remedies against those who tried to engineer a bloodless coup.

If someone raided the capital
If someone brought arms to the capital
If someone organized a group online to meet at the capital, armed
If someone knowingly provided assistance to a group that approached the capital with plans to commit violence
We have the laws to address it, the evidence to prosecute and the will to see it through.

If someone advocated that a state legislature violate every law of the state and just send their EVs in for Trump
If someone advocated that courts overturn the results of the election simply because the loser was whining about election fraud
If someone advocated that congress and the VP throw out the results of the election and install the president for 4 more years

What they did is nothing short of advocate for a bloodless coup. Anyone who joined with them and took 1 step towards helping make it happen was trying to engineer a bloodless coup.

It is fundamentally wrong to say that Hawley et al are safe because they were following the constitution and the rule of law and the facts would decide if they won or lost. Hawley predicated his move on lies that he knew were lies. Hawley played the role of a prosecutor who comes to court with evidence he knows is falsified, but says the defendant should not be freed because he was convicted in a court of law and that is the law of our land.

The idiots are seditionists and should be treated as such.

I'm sure you agree then, that these rioters are guilty of this.
A small number that took over the courthouse...maybe. Rest not close. 99% of BLM protesters did a peaceful march/non violent demonstration. A smaller number of citizens many not part of BLM participating in riots and property damage. (they should be prosecuted for any crimes they committed) Taking over a courthouse or state capital would be sedition and should be prosecuted as such.

What about burning police stations?

"mostly peaceful"...don't mind the burning buildings in the background.

The Trump people are not going away. 70 million voted for him and I would bet another 25 or 30 million that don't vote support him making it close to 100 million. The election is over but the insurrection is just getting started. By the way I would bet police-FBI agents-CIA folk and secret service agent or a whole bunch of other federal agents are part of that group.
