Out of all the D1 13-14-15-16 teams, Toledo Start has the most computer points. So theoretically the Spartans are the best 13-14-15-16 seed

FWIW North Olmsted is a 13 seed in region 6 but if they were in Region 4 they'd be hosting a 1st round match up as a top 8 team.

Mathematically speaking only for some reason the Zanesville / London match up in Region 11 looks interesting. If in fact that is the match up, 4v13.

I know you’re only talking about D1, but the 13, 14, 15, and 16 seed from region 9 all have a higher average than Start. SVSM (15) and Akron East (16) are also better than most of the teams (I’d argue all the away teams) ahead of them. Region 9 is loaded.

Arlington, Crestview, and Spencerville in R26 will all give their opponents a decent game. Wouldn't shock me of one of them won.

This is serious thread?

Something that occurre and I posted early on in this 16 team debate, this will allow the stronger teams, particularly the privates to schedule to their players' capabilities without having to worry about harbins. They may be sitting in the bottom 8 but they ain't bottom 8. Now they're still playing what would have been in the bottom of the top 8 (old harbins) because they would have been at the top. Result: playing same teams in early rounds but have a stronger schedule.

We'll see in a few days.

It's interesting to look through all the regions and to see who would potentially be better off seed wise that they played in a different region and in some cases maybe even a higher classification. Not saying we should move to an at-large playoff format but we already know not all regions are created equal unfortunately.

Take a look at region 11 when you get a minute. It's just as talented at the bottom as region 9 IMO. Based purely on numbers btw.
