Week 4: Elder vs St Edward

The only thing I really know about Ed's is there offensive line is massive. They are the size of D1 college offensive lines. Elder has their work cut out for them to stop St. Ed's run game. The one good thing for Elder is Ed's lost their 2 stud defensive ends that gave teams a ton of pressure last season. As Omar has so kindly let everyone know, they solved that problem 2 weeks before the season with a stud transfer at defensive end.

Elder will put up a fight but I'm just worried about the speed and size. The fact you face three OL going to Big 10 next year....that's tough.

They normally stay in a hotel Friday night. Elder leaves the morning of when they travel to Lakewood.

I don't know for sure, but Ramsey said in the pregame last week that Fortkamp had a chance of making it back for the Ed's game. I'm guessing yes. Cowans and Golinar have filled in recently.

Coaches were calling to go for 2 on Brass' final TD, but when Brass had to come out of the game due to his helmet coming off they kicked the PAT.

Elder called their first time out in second half in the third quarter before the third and 17 play they converted on a pass to Murphy. Elder called their second time out before St. Edwards' field goal.
