Attention All Girls!

May 13th (Done) & the 23rd, 2025- Heidelberg
Coach CarrieAnn Randolph, Head Coach of Heidelberg University Women’s Wrestling, will be running two special practice sessions on Tuesday, May 13th & Friday May 23rd, from 5:30–7:30 PM.

May 20th, 2025- Team OH Coach
Coach Reggie Lowery, Team Ohio National Coach, will be running a special practice session on Tuesday, May 20th, from 5:30–7:30 PM.

May 30th, 2025- Mount Union
Coach Garrett Bass, Asst. Coach for Mount Union Women's Wrestling, will be running a special practice session on Friday, May 30th, from 5:30–7:30 PM.

All girls are welcome to attend free of charge — just bring your USA Wrestling card!

PRACTICE AT APEX IS CANCELLED THIS FRIDAY DUE TO OUR ATHLETES COMPETING AT CENTRAL REGIONAL. COACH CARRIEANN RANDOLPH WILL BE BACK FOR HER SECOND PRACTICE NEXT FRIDAY!
