Wrestling season officially starts this friday. I know most of you Moeller yappi people dont care or dont follow Moeller wrestling to closely only knowing that the program is good. But Moeller has been the most dominate division 1 program in SW ohio for many years now and its only going to get better. The incoming freshman this year is the most decorated and talented freshman class to enter through the halls of Moeller. Thats saying a lot with the 2007 and 2001 classes. This years team will be young, but they will again be competing at a high level. They will be going for their 18th GCL title in 19 years, 15th sectional title in 19 years, and 8th district title in 11 years. Moeller has finished 2nd in the state 3 times in the past 10 years and finishing in the top 10 every year since 2000. The only thing that has kept them from getting that elusive state title is arguably the best wrestling program in the nation, St. Ed's Eagles. Looking forward to another great year.
