I just completed my Pennsylvania Stadium Database. The count was 552 facilities listed. Check it out:

Meadville : Bender Field. (missing entirely, just have the college stadium listed)
Kennedy catholic (Hermitage): Butala Stadium (missing)
Mercer : Mercer Field (missing)
Fort LeBoeuf : Cam Bonito Field (missing)
Conneaut: Conneaut Area Stadium
Corry : Howard Sheen Field
Coudersport: Coudersport Stadium (the park it's located in is listed correctly but the stadium name itself is the simple Coudersport Stadium).
Oil City: Oil Field
Saegertown: Canon Memorial Stadium

Shenango; Glenn "Pop" Johnston Stadium (stadium and field both have names but more all it Johnston Stadium than anything)
Laurel (new castle) : Spartan Stadium
You're missing ACV (CO-OP with Union) and Johnsonburg (co-op with Ridgway). Both teams share hosting games. This year Clarion and Clarion-Limestone are co-oping together but not sure how they plan to split hosting duties. My guess is CL will want to host at least one game at their stadium at their school in Strattonsville.
