It might, but if that's the case Triway gets even more because I think they have 3. One in Shreve and one at 226 & 3. Not sure about the one just north of there, but it's across the street from the purple pumper so that has to count for something

First time I went 3 different guys ran their greasy hands across my 78 Olds Cutlass before I could get inside so I turned around and left.

Went back but always as a passenger in someone else's ride.

Also kinda reminded me of a grade school dance - a few lucky ones getting 'busy' and a crap ton of folks just standing around watching and whispering . . .

The BellStores across from the Purple Pumper is totally in Triway schools according to the school district map:

Speaking of DeMarco - ya'll got after me a while back about a less than favorable view of DeMarco. Don't get me wrong, he's fine. Just continue to get the sense from him that he's not super committed to being there long term....and a little birdie told me recently that he only has 1 more year left on his contract......

That is an interesting question...I can't see the time he is not coaching...but I can see him being an assistant coach again. The question will be if Northwest has any teaching positions open in 1 year.

Who do they go get? Stacy walked, whiffed on Dial, passed on Stroh. I get a sense that the community of Northwest wants an in house name, probably why a former Louisville coach has had an uphill battle being accepted, but realistically who can they get that's better than Demarco?

Stacy didn't walk on Demarco...the Manchester position was real close to where he lives...wanted to be a head coach and was given the chance. My comment is that I believe John gets to decide if he wants to stay...Jason Hathaway, their AD, graduated from Lake and reached out to John to become their head coach...one of the driving factors was Northwest didn't have a teaching position...and John is retired from teaching. I just believe that John prefers being an asst coach...he likes the aspect he works with the kids and developing a game plan, without a lot of responsibility the head coach is obligated to do

No it's a lower power FM station joining up with 104.5. So 102.9 is part of the same company as 104.5 and 104.9 The River in Gahanna.

Quite a few lower power FM's have been added across America due to some new FCC rules. They anticipated the slow death of AM radio.

WJER added 100.9 FM, WBTC 101.9 FM now serves Uhrichsville and WTUZ 99.9 merged with WJER to have the same ownership. Dover/Phila now has 99.9 FM, 100.9 FM, and 101.9.

These are 3000 watt FM's that serve their immediate community and that's all.

There's a reason I said Tuslaw should let Broc Dial advance in his admin career because I can see a NW play for Dial in a couple years. I hate typing this but put 2+2 together.

Tuslaw needs to support Broc Dial. Let him advance in his career at Tuslaw (perhaps as principal like Koach was or AD if El Lapo leaves) and give him what he wants within reason.

If he really wants to build something from scratch, Tuslaw is the place but the chance to coach at your alma mater is powerful.

I'd watch how the Federal League shakes out in the next couple years. Northwest could be a very appealing job to some bigger school coaches tired of beating their heads against a wall in the Fed going 6-4 or 5-5 every year.

There's also private school coaches who may want to jump into public school benefits and better pay.

Does everyone at a Bernie Sanders party share drinks and food equally? Is someone monitoring who gets what? Do they stand around and praise the French Jacobins? Does everyone have poor personal hygiene like Marx or Mao or Stalin?

Is it true Churchill and FDR wanted to get the hell out of Yalta ASAP because of Stalin's BO? He apparently needed Mando (made by our #PACtion™ legends at Lume).
 
Re: DeMarco at Northwest. If the Indians win #PACtion™ this year that argument against DeMarco goes flat.

Yes, Northwest will likely need a coach in 2-3 years but I think it's early to say it's a "whiff."

Carmen Castillo at the plate for the Cleveland Tribe in the 80's was a frequent whiff. It's too early to say that on John DeMarco.

I defer to @CasualFan24 on this.
