and yet he let Stroud run the DAM ball against Georgia... and it really opened up the offense. what use is it for a QB to read the DE and when the DE crashes, to not pull the ball out and run around the end..... and yet he allowed Stroud to do that against GEorgia, and it paid off..He is Day's QB. He recruited him and he named him as his starter. Apparently he isn't what Day wants running his system. If Day doesn't believe him, what difference does it make what the rest of us think of him? I wish him success wherever he goes. Quite obviously, with Day as the head coach, that isn't at OSU. A 12 game audition told Day all he needed to know. I question Day's aversion to running the QB and I think it puts any OSU QB at a disadvantage. But I am not the coach and nobody going to pay me $9.5 million a year for what I think.
