Track & Field and Cross Country Rules Changes - 2022

Just a reminder that the T&F&CC rule book is published according to the calendar year. These changes do not take effect until Jan 1. IOW, make sure your cross country athletes don't have those multiple logos and/or logos that are too large around the waist band...it's still not a legal uniform bottom this fall.
