La Salle High School Athletic Director Keith Pantling has accepted the Little Miami Athletic Director position, pending Board of Education approval tonight.

Pantling, who had been the La Salle AD since the 2016-17 school year, is expected to start at Little Miami July 16.

Pantling, 31, his wife, Alexa, and their two sons, Jackson and Sammy, live in Maineville in the Little Miami District.

Does anyone care to speculate who the new LaSalle AD will be?

they've hired grads recently for some of the coaching positions. so not sure if there are others in similar positions.

the timing of this is really odd, Pantling starts next Monday at the new job?

Why is the timing odd??? July 10th in the field of public education is industry standard in regards to accepting positions per this deadline. Board meeting tomorrow (July 10). Why resign any earlier?

Pantling's 2 year legacy.....being a 10 am to 330 pm employee who constantly left his job early every day including events such as the sports stag, the GCL track meet and the GCL wrestling meets before the events concluded (this was always spoken about privately) and also last but not least ---11 of 14 varsity head coaches of 14 separate varsity sports left under his watch in a 2 year span---all resigned or "left" under his 2 year reign except Tennis, Swimming & Bowling.

Thanks Greg Tankersley for another great hire!

Certainly some of those were outside his control, right? Wouldn't Coach Flemming have stepped down regardless of who the AD was? Wasn't it pretty well known that Hilvert wanted to get back to coaching at the collegiate level as quickly as he could?

The truth is the truth and the sky is too big for me to cover it at the end of the day.

If it got that bad, why wasn't he just fired?
