St. Eds avanced to the final state tournament and lost to LaSalle in the quarterfinals. LaSalle won in three games, but the Eagles played tough leading most of the games they just couldn't put one of the games away and continued to let LaSalle rally. Great effort by the Eagles and they certainly missed Jared Rice as he sat on the bench with an ankle injury.
The senior class has put Eds on the volleyball map and the school should be proud of the job they did this year. I believe they ended the season 19-4.
