If we start getting weather and traffic reports on this thread we for sure are legendCan’t find the WCAL thread, but I know there’s some posters here who could possibly answer…
Y’all know have an idea when US30 is going to open back up near Wooster? There was a crash early this morning and Apple Maps says it still looks closed/standstill. @Hoist the Black @Raylan_Givens
Not really predictions but things I'm looking forward to seeing -JFK 21, Marlington 13
Lucas 20, Mogadore 14
Danville 24, Northmor 23
NSP 34, Mapleton 20
Lowellville 42, Jackson-Milton 27
Southern 50, Columbiana 7
Forgot about Ridge v Springfield, I think Springfield gets it done, otherwise they are done.Lowellville can score as many points as they want tonight... Looking forward to the Lucas Mogadore score and Mineral Ridge Springfield score.
Great analysis. Not really predictions but things I'm looking forward to seeing -
JFK v Marlington - Classic trap, will learn more about JFK, O & D lines will be tested, how will they handle last weeks big win? If they can stay focused, watch out.
Lucas v Mogadore - Mogadore lost a lot from last year, have a hunch Lucas may expose them.
Danville v Northmor - Is Danville a serious player?
NSP v Mapleton - Nice comparison game to look at after Lucas beatdown of Mapleton
Lowell v JM - Two charmin soft schedules, JM is the softer, I think they get buried.
Southern v Columb - Can Southern get a running clock in first half?
Non D7/R25
New Breman v Marion - speaks for itself, R25 may be seeing New Breman down the road.
Perkins v Huron - More of a barometer game of JFK's win.
Sorry, Dock. Out of town today, didn't hear about it. Just looked on phone and see the spot you're talking about. If you need a bypass coming from east drop a little south on 3 and hit OH95. If coming from the west get off at 60 until you hit 95. Will be a beautiful drive. Can’t find the WCAL thread, but I know there’s some posters here who could possibly answer…

I think Lowellville understands the reality of the situation. And the reality is they should beat up on the rest of the league. Seeding will determine playoffs. Not every school gets athletes like JFK...Great analysis.
I think JFK pulls away late and wins by a coupke scores.
Hate to say it, but I think Lucas wins a close one.
No nothing about Northmor but I think Danville is in the top 5 or so in the region. They'll win.
NSP beats Mapleton handily.
Lowellville will win, only increasing the Rockets faithful belief that they are indeed the best in the state. It will be fun when reality come crashing down.
Southern by alot. Another team fighting for a top 5 in the region.
Marion rolls New Bremen.
I too am curious about Perkins this week.
Coming from 71N toward Stark. Looks like I can go up to 250, shoot east/southeast from there to get past it on my way to 30East. Probably about 25 extra minute.Sorry, Dock. I’ve seen 2 backs, I believe. Could be wrong. Thought one was a freshman…I believe in analytics, the more I look into the Lucas v Mogadore game, the more I see Lucas should expose Mogadore.
Lucas @ home - about an hour bus ride for the Wildcats
Mogadore beats Field by 1, mind you Field led majority of game.
Rootstown beats Field by 6.
Rootstown beats Champion by 3.
JFK beat Champion by 30.
Field has 2 wins, 1 against 0-4 Springfield out of Akron, and against Southeast who lost to Champion by 31.
Let's see what the Cubs are made of.
@Hoist the Black - for what its worth, watching games with a roster, JFK is playing a single freshman, and he looks to be the absolute real deal - #1. I'm sure the JFK faithful can confirm or prove me wrong tho.
From the film I've seen they have the following but the main two are #6 and 8 with 27 and 29 more FB duty. #1 is a freshman playing WR and DB, he is definitely one that stands out on film. The amount of speed JFK has is quite astonishing, I was surprised by the Garfield game that they didn't go to more of a spread, Garfield was tough, and played smash mouth football but I saw no speed to stay with JFK. I feel if they were to spread Garfield out they could have won handily. It does look like they opened it up a bit vs Perkins.I’ve seen 2 backs, I believe. Could be wrong. Thought one was a freshman…
#19, #14 and #6 were all on the 4x100 that took 3rd in the state and if not for a dropped baton they would of won the 4x200. #1 just missed the Trumbull county jr high record in the 100, which is saying a lot considering who has come through Harding in the past. He is a legit D1 prospect who will just continue to get better. Speed and skill wasn't a concern coming to the season, the line was but they have been playing very well. From the film I've seen they have the following but the main two are #6 and 8 with 27 and 29 more FB duty. #1 is a freshman playing WR and DB, he is definitely one that stands out on film.
