StateChampion2012 - West Jefferson will have to replace 25 Seniors from last years team so there will be some varsity inexperience issues, especially at qb. I believe the sophomore, junior & senior classes each have about 15+ kids in them. Definitely some opportunities for the underclassmen to earn some meaningful playing time on Friday night.
 
Fort Frye and then everyone else. West Jeff is going to reload, it may just not be this year. they’ll be young.

East Knox and Trimble will be contenders
 
I just think Trimble lost too much to be a serious contender this year. Great program but they lost a lot of really good players.
 
I never thought the day would come when Bellaire would lose enrollment to the point of dropping to D6. I will always remember them dominating D4 Region 15 for a number of years. This is the beginning of a football renaissance in the All-American town.

For what it’s worth they were D6 about 9 years ago.
 
I’ll agree overall this is the worst region in D6.

Even the favorites Fort Frye lost Qb , Both Tackles and Rb CrazyLegs Long. They do return a ton they got 16 Srs which is a ton for them. The defense will be awesome returning a ton. Line will be really big as well. Returning Kaleb Bailey and Caleb Riggs.

Bellaire has a ton of Srs but they lost Colt Secrest
 
Bellaire has a new head coach mark Boner , he was the offensive coordinator in the mid 90's .this year's team should be able to put points on the board. Time will tell.
 
WJ will have a choice of 4 QB’s but it should be between Bowman and Warner, both running QB’s. They only have 8 this year in their senior class which why most think they will make it as far as the regional.
Their junior class however has 25 boys which I see them making a bigger push next year.
But, it just always depends on how each kids develops at their positions the quickest.
 
I will see how good Bellaire is this year as they open the season with a State contender in Garaway.

Then Fort Frye week 2. Heck of a start to the season.
