ALTER VS CJ - Who Wins?

Used to be huge rivalry game. With both teams locked in to the playoffs who wins this game?

I think CJ is going to win this one pretty easily.

My mind tells me CJ can get it done but it’s Alter so you know they always have CJ’s number, even the years CJ is “supposed” to be the better team on paper. It looks like this will be the first edition at Bellbrook if I recall correctly? I see Fairmont and Centerville are home but Springboro isn’t. Wonder why it won’t be there?

This is still one of the better rivalries around Dayton, even if both are already locked into the playoffs but not playing for GCL titles. I think it'll be a game both teams look to win. I'll go with:

Alter has knack to win when not expected in this rivalry game, but having seen most of the knights games, think CJ will will most likely win this one.

Give me a break Alter was in state semifinals 2020. Yes they are down this year but they will rebound. 1 bad year in last 20 years not bad. Due to expanded playoffs they continue streak of making playoffs.

Alter has had CJs name in this rivalry. And I expect the Knights to show up Friday and put on a better performance than they did against Carroll. But if they play like they did against Carroll the eagles could run away with this one.

Bellbrook has been a wonderful host to Alter and it’s closer than Springboro.

Alter has one of the youngest teams not only in the league but also in the SW region. It’s been amazing to see how many freshman and sophomores are starters, have played beyond their years, and have contributed significantly to making the playoffs once again! Win or lose, Alter has nothing to hang their heads about.
