Man, the Big Ten is tough. This game was never really in doubt but nor was it one of those games where I felt one team was that much better than the other. Purdue (13-7, 8-5 Conf) kept the Wildcats (6-10, 3-9 Conf( in check for most of this one but was never able to run them out of the gym. Jaden Ivey (South Bend, IN) led the winners with 20 points, 7 boards, and 3 assists. Zac Edey had a double, double off of the bench (12 points and 11 boards). Pete Nance (Akron, OH) led Northwestern with 20 points and 8 boards.
