I would say he is 2nd at Perry and probably 7-12 at NC. Just my outside uneducated observation.

If using track, just change the bracket type for each weight class. If there are 5-8 use an 8 man bracket. Sounds like a meet manager problem, not a track problem.

Been to Mentor and Hoover (Along with Ashland, Ashland HS, CSU, Perry, Perrysburg, Clay, CSU, and Lorain) Hoover is by far the better choice. Not even comparable to Mentor, as Hoover could do 4 and still have more seating than mentor. But my guess is going to 5 is to make the night shorter.
