You are the guy that cannot distinguish between the two. To you, there is no difference if found guilty in a criminal court, you will just excuse it away like a civil judgement. You cannot deny it.

Any person that reads your hack stuff on Yappi. We all know you will never accept any criminal conviction of Trump. No matter what it is, you will treat it the exact same way that you treat all the civil judgements. You will 100% totally dismiss it. We all know this.
 
Of the 7 jurors selected in Trump criminal trial, 5 have college degrees and two are lawyers. Seems like a good start if you value a jury that can interpret the law.

Recipe for Lotty stew. Just read his reply to my mocking Trump's big billionaire fundraiser which he promised another massive tax cut for the richer Americans. He said Biden 'knew" really rich people as well. Well what he didn't do was promise them a huge tax cut again. Huge difference Lotty.

The judge and prosecutor can't even interpret the law. If they could...they would know that they shouldn't be handling this case. Ya might as well have Biden try this case.

This is just how the Soviets and Nazis liked to conduct their courtrooms...a judge and jury who have already decided the outcome of the "case", and a defendant's lawyer who knows this.

The defendant's lawyer is there simply to reinforce that "justice" will be fair and impartial.
