#4 seed was overall in D4. They don't do seeding for each district anymore. There was only one 1 seed for each division etc....

I wondered about that but each D4 region had a "Seed 1" in it so it looked like they seeded each region. Again, I'm not up on bball at all other than the top teams. Did know Louisville was legit this year. Was looking (was more just poking fun at the Maxpreps rankings). Was hoping to get a chance to watch them play Iggy at the MAAC tomorrow night. (Good excuse for a MoFo burger at Ray's!)

There is a 1 seed in each district. RH was the 4 seed in the NORTHEAST district(37 teams). JFK was 1 , Bristol was 2 and Mogadore was 3

The standard of being Elite 8 good, or good enough to make Columbus, in D4 basketball is exclusive to western Ohio, RH and Berlin Hiland.

Any of the other three teams in this region would’ve gotten drilled in Region 13 or 16.
