Rep. Jean Schmidt, a Republican from Loveland, said an abortion could still be performed if the life of the mother is at risk, but the bill would create more hoops for doctors to jump through.

Which is your way of saying you do not have an answer. It is hard to come up with a good answer when you are uneducated without commonsense. Could you maybe to another type of person, people that would try to do that to a question because you know the answer and don't like it?
