You are correct....but that's one thing being late to the game. It's another thing when these guys are so incompetent as a whole and are messing up not only Friday nights but the entire program. The district would be better off without football for a few years than having these guys back.

Word is that they won't have to worry about this attempt at coaching next year. The staff is gonna be a one and done. Their days are numbered like a horse with a broken leg at the derby, it's time to take this staff out to pasture before its final days. Not sure if anyone can recover from this...

Huddling up is definitely an improvement. The OC has coached some of the most underwhelming / under performing / under coached offenses under previous head coaches. So, I see why they have 12 total points vs 187 points allowed. But 187 points allowed in 4 games, for an average of 47 a game? Not...

Don't think Coventry has the tools to improve schematically until a change occurs. Not just outmanned, but also getting outmatched in the coaching dept. Sadly, the odds will always be against Smith regardless of the opponent.
