Looks like it, probably didn't get many teams entered with all the big meets around Centerville and Niketown. Doesn't do them any good to go 1-15 at their own meet.

Yeah, Jesuit, Carmel, bunch of team from Indy and Illinois. Should be a fun one to see how it shakes out. Great course too although, I'm not a fan of how long that finish straight is. Seems like it takes forever for it to come. It's great for fans though.

All of the teams that have a realistic shot at winning state are there every year. If you are 5-8th in your regional they you weren't going to win state anyway. You will never please everyone.

Southwest Ohio girls have had this argument for years, go back and look. I believe last year there were 7 teams ranked in the top 12 from that regional and only 4 or 5 were allowed to advanced. Yeah Troy was at 5 last year so that must be where the additional team came from.

I don't ever recall Troy getting 6 boys teams in the past. There will definitely be some teams that haven't made it in the past that have a shot at this 6th spot. Tippecanoe, Turpin Miamisburg come to mind.

Really all these ranking are there only to appease us as fans of the sport, they really mean nothing.
