I give Biden a pass here as he has no recollection of taking these documents nor what they are about. Also the real similarity here is that the people doing this to Biden are doing it for the same reason they did it to Trump. They are trying to sink him. They don’t want Biden running for Prez.
One can declassify anything he wants to…one is not allowed to declassify anything, let alone take classified documents.
