There's no meat to it. The classification system is the product of an executive order; not a law. An executive order is given by the executive to his subordinates. An executive order doesn't apply to the President even if the president wrote that executive order himself. What is and isn't classified is arbitrary. Damage, serious damage, exceptionally grave damage. BS. The whole system is greatly abused, and decent Democrats used to be the ones to raise the most alarms about it. Barack banged boys - exceptionally grave. CIA murdered RFK - exceptionally grave. The whole system was built to hide from Congress (and the people) the crimes committed by government. Like the Tuskegee experiment - which would still be going on and still be classified today. And you know it.
Don't put your argument in the newspapers and the TVs for the unthinking masses easily hypnotized into believing anything. Put it in front of the Supreme Court. 18 USC 798 vs US Const Art. II, Sec. 2. If you get a writ, you lose 12-0. Easily. Even if it's Trump. Separation of powers is sacrosanct. Even the liberal judges aren't that kooky. Learn from their example. Dropping a nuke on DC is less dangerous than what the Democrats are doing. Let the clown run. Let the Republicans rig their own system against him. Re-discover your own motto from ages past: #MoveOn
