This is true!!! Also, this is not a new rule for DPS previous AD's just never really enforced the rule.

So are you saying Dunbar never was supposed to be the designated recipient of great players from all over Dayton?

Dunbar was darn near impossible to beat back in early 80's. Dang they were good.

No there was talent all over the city in the 80's not just Dunbar. DPS had far more talent than anybody, by far. The City league was unmatched.
