Staying Sharp while playing low quality opponents

Now that the brackets are out how do the top teams stay sharp while playing multiple games against bad talent? I’ve seen many good teams struggle on the first half of district games right after they’ve played 3 slow teams. Seems they get used to the slow pace and then they need to readjust vs a strong opponent. The obvious answers are similar to what was discussed on the topic of how not to blow out teams by double digits - play with 10 or 9 players, miss the goal intentionally, shoot only with weak foot, etc.

Stay sharp by training hard, scoring early in the games, and getting your better players out of the game healthy.
