Mason @ Lebanon (Who Wins)

 
Have not seen Lebanon this year, but have heard the team believes they are going to win each game, and obviously is buying into what the coach is preaching...could very well be 9w and 1L...young team and QB who makes good decisions, team has solid win vs Winton Woods, and has a close loss with undefeated Milford that was very close to being a WIN.

I think if they Lebanon plays with a chip on it's shoulder/ four solid quarters they can win this game. Mason has a great defensive line and a great LB that is going to Army I believe?

This is a great match-up for week 1 Playoffs! A classic slug fest!

Very low scoring game. Lebanon strikes me as a team that makes the plays when they absolutely need them. Warriors 13-10.
 
Lebanon plays with a lot of energy. I agree with most on here that it should be pretty competitive. Mason has taken some really good teams to the wire (Gahanna, West) and had some inexplicably bad losses. Lebanon seems to be more consistent week to week than Mason.
 
I'm going Lebanon 21-17. Lebanon gets a win over the GMC( has a member of the GMC) school in Football for first time since I have no clue. Have they ever beat a GMC school in football
 
I'm going to join the chorus and say that Lebanon will win only because I feel like a rematch between them and Milford in the playoffs feels inevitable after all of the controversy that surrounded their first meeting back in August.
 
Mason up 3-0 with 4:00 left in the first quarter.

The Comets had a nice drive after forcing Lebanon to punt after one first down. The drive stalled after Mason finally attempted a pass (incomplete). But lots of positive running plays for Mason.

Mason gifted the Warriors with a roughing the punter / first down after a near block, but Mason quickly intercepted after pressuring the QB.
 
Another Lebanon 3 and out. Mason gets the ball around the 50 after the Warriors punt. 1 minute remaining in 1st.

Mason burns a time out on 3rd and 4… Comets had trouble getting the play off.
