After playing pro football, he moved into acting and also went on to roles in ‘Predator,’ ‘Happy Gilmore’ and ‘The Mandalorian.’

I wonder if Disney will CG Carl. This has been done before in the Star Wars universe. I guess it will depend on what his contract and/or family says.

I enjoyed watching him in many of his roles and will definitely miss him.

I had obviously remembered him as Apollo Creed in the Rocky movies and Happy Gilmore as Chubbs Peterson, but forgot about him being in Predator with Arnold.
