There's a long run of posts associated with this tweet, but the guy didn't thread them:
TL;DR:
- The Big 12 has been unable to secure TV deals, including a conference network, to match the Big 10 and SEC (they're falling behind in revenue)
- The Big 10 wants a no-divisions format for football (option B would be realigning the divisions) and expansion to increase revenue, and their primary targets are Oklahoma and Texas
- The Big 10 believes Oklahoma is leaving after 24/25
- Texas would follow and join the Big Ten because Disney doesn't care that much about the Longhorn Network, they don't want to share with A&M in the SEC, the PAC has a similar revenue issue, and playing Indy wouldn't improve their situation
