All of the above. There is a new development with IMO overpriced homes that are getting gobbled up left and right. Also, Franklin Monroe continues to shrink (from OE to Arcanum and little to no growth/people moving in). I know at one time, they cut off OE in certain elementary grade because they were so big. THOSE grades are now in HS

I believe most smaller schools like are in the WOAC have peaks and valleys with enrollment

IMO, he's talking about Arcanum being one of the schools complaining about school size in the CCC, now THEY are 2nd biggest in the WOAC. A little pot calling the kettle black

I heard Dixie has hired their new coach, but haven't seen anything official yet. Still all quiet at North it seems like.

I believe it is their middle school coach.
