Right, but even if you weighed in at 205 to compete at 215, you can't bump up a weight like the other weight classes.

The minimum weight to compete at Hvy is 212 so if he didn't weigh in at that or above they broke an OHSAA wrestling bylaw (1.72). The rule is in place for this very reason.
