He could have injury, it could also explain why he is 3-23 on the season at the plate.

CJ closes it out in the 7th. It’s their division to win at the moment
Didn’t expect Badin to lose at home. Things are very interesting now.
They have won outright or tied all of them since 1992 except 2016. McNick won the Central that year. That Badin team was the D2 state runner-up.

They won the central in 2017 but CJ swept them and would be the winner if all were combined into one division. Looks like CJ wasn’t able to make up games that year only being 11-1 with badin going 11-3

The sophomore class at Badin is ridiculous. Yes, they lose their stud pitchers last year, but they've got a stable of sophomores ready to lead the team. Two of them already clocked in the 90s. They are still figuring out the right mix in the field. The games they've lost have been due to fielding blunders.
Fenwick didn't pose any threat. It will be a CJ and Badin race the rest of the season. Hoagland is the real deal and was fun to watch Saturday.
Looking forward to putting the hoodies and blankets away for a while.

The GCL is really down this year. How does CJ lose to Greenville and Bethel?

No depth and the loss of Frasure not pitching has really hurt.
Young teams have their struggles. They still have big arms even without their horse Frasure. Non conference games can be interesting sometimes.

Hoagland is obviously very good but a healthy frasure would still be their ace this season

I think frasure would still be the "1" in the rotation and be their workhorse rather than hoagland even while hoagland is pitching as well as he is.
