There is no way they can be playing the second round using the seeding in the post. That is would just be another in a long list of things the OHSAA has done to prove that most of their board has no business being involved in anything to do with sports. Two questions 1) if this is there...
I noticed that the further you get into the tourney, the more fans come......ALOT of them that are just their to support their hometown team.....but don't necessarily understand baseball like true baseball fans do. My son played at a D1 school. There were fans at their games who were...
I'm not going to watch the entire game to look for those things. Your initial complain was about the 50+ pitch inning. He really didn't cause that and by the time they pulled the pitcher the game was over.
1 if a kid threatens to throw his bat it's not an issue to me if the umpire says...
I watched the 2nd inning up to the point of the pitching change. As the parent of a former D1 college pitcher I can tell you that over my son's playing years I had my share of "issues" with umpires....especially when he was on the mound. After watching it, here are my thoughts
I have seen...
Why is central Ohio the only place that calls the state tourney "states"? Never understood it lol. It's the state tourney....there is one. There aren't multiples.....which would make it "states". I've wondered this for 50 years. Can someone explain?
I would ask the opposite. Why is Kwasniak the D7 POY over Elwer. Yes, Kwasniak scored a ton of points, but there are not close when it comes to being the best all around player in D7. If Elwer was on Cornerstone he'd have scored just as many, if not more than Kwasniak but that would never...
That's not going to happen because by clearing the gym they sell more tickets.....though I'm sure the crowds would increase if you got to watch more than 1 game on the same ticket......if it's not $80 lol
HS baseball teams have a very limited fanbase even if they are really good. The final 4 at Huntington Park let you watch multiple games on the same ticket without having to leave the stadium. The way they are doing this year's final 4's in softball and baseball are much better than...
The OHSAA managed to figure out how to get softball and baseball into the same location this season......and 1) those games take longer than a basketball game and 2) are weather dependent and 3) require fields to be maintained between games. All 3 of which are not an issue with basketball...
