Any one know were Frank got the nick name Turk, well here goes , he was the trainer and equipment manager for the football program back in the early 60's also a freshmen basket ball coach. well after football practice got under way after two weeks coaches would get together make up a list of the players that were not going to make it , give it to Frank an he would come around at the end of practice to inform those that there services were no longer needed an turn in your stuff before you leave the Turk the barrier of bad news , I know the Turk came to see me 1963 10th grade, just as well Swam for Ted, Oh PS Frank was my general math teacher, asked me if I was ready to back out the next year , said NO !! he laughed
