I saw an interview with CCDS soccer that has most certainly been one of the best programs in the area for many years. Looking at them losing 13 seniors and none more impactful than the awesome Zimm twins it got me thinking that with the current crop of seniors out there in the area that have made so much impact in the local soccer scene CCDS's the Zimm's (E with 167 points, M with 116) and Ferris with 184 lifetime points. Milford's Manning with 176 lifetime points, Wyoming's Mouch with 175 Points, Waynesville's Erbach with a truly insane 340 points and Woody with 150. Seton's Carle and Cluxton with 116 and 108 lifetime points respectively. Miamisburg's Cummings at 118 and MND's May just outside with 97 points. I was interested to see who has been the winningest team across these seniors 4 years. We have not had in SW Ohio this many seniors with these crazy number of points. It's been an unparalleled number of talented same grad year scorers across the landscape here the last 4 years. Last years seniors were pretty awesome with Kohl's, Fiore, Vigran, Kuerze, Stokes, Baird, Sievering, Gregory and others. Not since 2018 when we lost Podojil, McIlvenna, Huber, Goins, Harden, Wyrick have we lost so many impactful high school players that had crazy points in one year that I can recall than the seniors that leave this year. We "could" end this year with 4 or 5 seniors graduating with over 200 lifetime points. Erbach, Ferris, Manning, Mouch, and E Zimm. That has in all my years of watching local HS soccer NEVER happened. And from 4 different leagues and even crazier 2 on the same team. But if it were gonna happen anywhere CCDS would be the one, a true juggernaut of local club talent.

We lose so many big time scorers this year in Southwest Ohio.

In the interview they mention CCDS has 68 wins over the 4 years and 1 state championship. Here's what I found for this years seniors 4 year records.

Waynesville 72 wins / 1 State Championship, 1 State Runner Up
CCDS 68 wins / 1 State Championship, 1 State Runner Up
MND 64 wins / 1 State Championship
Milford 61 wins
Centerville 60 wins
Seton 58 wins / 1 State Championship
Loveland 55 wins
Oak Hills 52 wins
Summit 52 wins
Miamisburg 50 wins

Interesting MND and Milford had the least losses over the 4 years with 7 each vs. Waynesville with 8 and CCDS with 9 but Waynesville has only had one draw in those 4 years. Also Interesting was Milford had just 27 wins the 4 years before these Seniors. That was the biggest change 4 years vs 4 years that shows the Impact that the Milford seniors have had with Manning, Scanlon and Smith.

Wyoming also has 49 wins and a state runner up in the last 4 years. It's truly been a remarkable run for the local Sr. girls...

Milford seniors you should include Evans too, Another way to look at their turnaround is they got a new coach, Jill Helms, five years ago. They have 71 wins and counting the last five years vs. 34 wins the previous five years. Those four girls have made a huge difference but the other 14 on the team each year have to be coached up and Helms and her staff have done a fantastic job at Milford the last five years.

Ottawa Glandorf's senior class has 2 WBL titles, 2 trips to the state finals and a record of 71-7-5 currently heading into Saturdays district finals
They are amazing.

Our girls played them two years ago...beat us 8-0. Scored first time they touched the ball. Long night...lol.

The last 3 years (this being the 3rd under head coach Michelle Maag) they've outscored opponents 339-27 so they've done it to a few teams during their 2 runs (and hopefully 3rd) runs to state.

They are so fast.... must be genetics. I don't understand the finer points of the game as I never played..and just started watching 6 years ago when my daughter started playing.

I 100% get all of that, I broadcast games and know just enough to explain it basic to people
