Who has the toughest schedule

mariemont plays X, Moe, Sycamore and a solid Columbus team that I am blanking on now. Considering they have less than 250 boys in the school and play these teams well, they took sycamore to OT, they have a difficult schedule that many will not talk about

St. X and Moeller play in the MSLCA. 'Nuff said.

MSLCA

1. Brother Rice
2. Western Reserve Academy
3. Worthington Kilbourne
4. Upper Arlington
5. Thomas Worthington
6. Dublin Scioto
7. Moeller
8. Shady Side Academy
9. Sewickley Academy
10. St. Xavier
11. Mt. Lebanon
12. Franklin Regional
13. U of Detroit
14. Birmingham Seaholm
15. Detroit Country Day
16. Wooster (Bishop Foley)

Scary.....

moeller. hands down.

I don't think you can day moeller hands down. I was just looking at St. Xavier's schedule on their website and there schedule consists of some very tough away games:

AT Western Reserve Academy
AT Dublin Scioto
AT Shady Side
AT Sewickly
AT Upper Arlington
AT Moeller
AT Indian Hill
AT Sycamore

That is a crazy away schedule, I can't believe moeller's is harder.

Hate to break this to you..but X will smoke you guys like a ham. You play them the 1st week of April. Not saying you do not have some skill kids, but a D1 power is another issue.

Case in point....Mason beat you 12-3, but got hammered by Moe 18-5. The Aves and IH both hung 20 on you.

Anderson is right where they should be right now.

It should be noted, they are playing the Varsity Reserve team, not the D1 Varsity.

That said, the Reserve team is gonna be pretty good too.

hoestly last year was a rebuilding year, there was no leadership at all, it was a terrible year, and yes we got destroyed by those teams you named, but i remember beating mason every other year, and st.x and indian hill in 06 when we were still club, so who says it can't happen? all i'm saying is don't underestimate club teams

Don't underestimate anyone. If you hang around here long enough, you will find that the bulk of us truly love this sport and support ANYONE playing it. We do have our disagreements, but they are all just opinions and we value yours as well...

Here's Upper Arlington's schedule: http://www.goldenbearslacrosse.com/Schedule.htm

I'd like to see UA take on a public school team from Maryland or Virginia some time. The prep/private schools in the DC area are allowed to openly recruit, and they're not required to play by OHSAA-style rules.

I agree. I would like to see UA match up with Loyola Blakefield (Maryland)
or West Islip or West Genesee (New York).

Not sure how they would do, but I would still like to see it.
