What are some of the best pre game music being played

I must live in the wrong corner of the state or something but I don't think I have every attended a game (excluding homecoming games) where the band has a different show every week of the season.

Green has a different show every week. This includes one week where the seniors create the show.

Some schools have a hard enough time suggesting that their bands play more than the same 4 songs during the game and the same halftime show for 10 weeks a year....

Steubenville has some traditional songs they play,they wil also play music on the PA but the band is first and foremost and it makes for a great atmosphere.

Our band has historically done similar things. New Band director has changed us to a Show Band. So same show every week including playoffs.

Our local band was a show band until recently. While show bands have their place the product becomes stale over time, especially when the football team makes a deep playoff run. We traveled to two shows in one day to earn a state berth when my daughter was a member. A lot of parents complained about the judges, but If the show wasn’t good enough the first three show attempts, then traveling to another full day of shows probably wasn’t going to get the desired result.
