Week 13 Neutral Sites

Seems a little small. Byers?


Not sure about Benedictine but Padua would have trouble filling either side. No bigger schools fit this game? Location-wise, not a bad choice, but I was thinking Maple Hts.

We've played McKinley at twinsburg before.

Id like byers, Solon , Euclid etc more but I don't get to chose

I really like Ravenna despite the blue field. Went to a game they hosted last year. Ample parking, concession stands and decent bathrooms on both sides. Nice stands on both sides. And the volunteers from Ravenna were top notch. A very underrated stadium.

The blue turf ruins all of that, and the press box was rough. The rest of what you said is true. Not a big fan of being charged for parking there.

Totally spit-balling here. My batting average on this is more likely in the "laughable" range, but here goes on select games:

Moeller-Princeton: Mason (I'm confident in this one)

Hoban-Nordonia: Hudson (pretty confident here)

Highland-Anthony Wayne: Perkins (Maybe not, bc Perkins is still playing?)
Massillon-Teays Valley: Arlin (this is a definite)
CVCA-Gilmour: Solon
Benedictine-Padua: Maple Heights
Dover-Steubenville: WHEELING ISLAND!!! (j/k; but Dover did play St. Clairsville at Wheeling Island in a playoff game in 1989... for real)
London-SMM: Bellefontaine
Perry-Streetsboro: Berkshire
Lake Catholic-Glenville: Euclid
Ansonia-Marion Local: Sidney

Heard the Zanesville might be the mix for Massillon/Teays Valley

Stands are not big enough for d5 or d6 games how can they think about holding d4.
I went to watch Struthers there 2 years ago and their visiting bleachers are field level and small
Place is new but not adequate for playoff games

Bellefontaine I could certainly see.

I had that one at Bellefontaine....that makes the most sense. In DI R2 I figrured Centerville/Coffman at Springfield and HHW/Davidson at London.

Streetsboro to Berkshire 24 miles. Lake County Perry to Berkshire 24 miles. Talk about equal distance!!

From my understanding last year, the last 2 weeks, home schools got $2800. This coming week, the neutral sites get $3100.
Sites got the concessions sales and parking money if charging.
Now things may have changed for this season.

One of piqua/sidney needs to be Wapakoneta and Bellbrook. I understand Greenville is located well but it is not a good stadium to host a R12 game.
