U.S. economy adds 517,000 jobs in January, unemployment rate drops to 54 year low

An 18 year old is not engineering ch*t. They could be hired in IT on the help desk or something super entry level with some training but they can do that anywhere. In order to advance they will need further education.
Further education which they dont have to pay for by working these jobs. So I'll ask you again. Back up your claim that 18 year olds have better jobs than the ones I mentioned. 15-18 an hour, tuition reimbursement and very, very good benefits. You made the claim, back it up

Is Biden held accountable for the disastrous inflation swallowing wages...
Partially. He dumped 1.9T into the economy. The only guy more responsible is Trump who dumped 2.3T and extended enhanced unemployment just months before he left office. Biden ended that too.

Yes and many industries entry level is not 18 years old like engineering. You never answered my question. What are hospitals engineering with 18 year olds?
Your ignorance is not surprising....And you still haven't backed up your claim

For one, amazon entry level pay is 20-30 bucks an hour and you don’t have to work ini a hospital. You really have no clue.

McDonald's offers $18-$20/hr plus tuition reimbursement and benefits if you work full time.

The greatest job creation of any President in modern history. Just enjoy and get a job. Everyone with a pulse is employable even you.
Slappy, If I told you to fetch me my coffee you would trip over yourself to do it.

that wasn't a problem until the pandemic
Sure. People re-evaluated what was important in their lives. Near retirees (60+) decided work wasn't necessary or worth it any more. Nearly 5 million chose earlier than expected retirements. Another 5 million women decided it was a better investment of their time to be stay at home moms rather than returning to the workforce.

That's 10 million workers removed over night. Roughly the same amount we are short.

To compensate, companies are offering better pay and benefits than ever to pull workers from other industries/competitors. They're also pulling many young adults away from college, especially men. This problem isn't going away any time in the next decade. The real challenge will be in 20-30 years.
The generation just entering the workforce is being paid obscene amounts and not having kids (in general). That group will be financially secure by 40-45 years of age and will only work if they enjoy it. That's when the chit really hits the fan!

I dont recall that age group working fast food and entry level positions......

Worker shortages create a vacuum. Entry level workers are being sucked up a level or two before they even hit the entry level fast food/retail job.

Not seeing that either.

Now what is really happening:

Older people are working two jobs to make ends meet while their under 25 kids are living at home and not working. That is the reality. Entry level 18 year olds are not being boosted up a level or two. That is just silly

Maybe anecdotally but not on a Macro level.

Sorry that 2 egg scramble at 58 cents is breaking you. Chin up.
I’ll bite. It’s the principal of the fact that it’s not one item going up so much in price, but everything has gone up. Over the course of weekly grocery trip it adds up. Now not all of us are as rich as you portray yourself to be, but eventually even you have to say enough nickel and diming is enough, right? My wife bought 100 items bc they were only $1 each. Great deal but she still spent $100. Anyone defending or making excuses for higher prices is a tone deaf moron.

The prez has nothing to do with the price of eggs. Duh.
