Is it possible to watch these games on a smart tv through ohsaa? Or through other streaming sites that are on YouTube? Thanks

Does anyone else have trouble watching the games posted on the ohsaa website?
Other than the occasional freeze-ups, not really.
Had 9 of them going last Friday across three monitors.
One thing I learned is don't try to go backward to see a play again as it's near impossible to get back to "live" once you do.

Wow, and I thought I had it going on with 2 games streaming at once.

The quality of Spectrum's broadcast of the Hoban - Avon game was TERRIBLE.

The only thing Spectrum did right was assign Michael Reghi and Frank Stams to call the game.

Other than that, this was a grade school level production.

One, as in a single, camera to film the game. It was a high, wide shot. All game long. The announcers were having trouble identifying players.

There were no close ups on the players as no field cameras were used.

But the biggest sin was there was no instant reply......

Seriously, Spectrum? With your company resources, you couldn't do a more professional job???

Shame on you!

I watched the Springfield/Moeller game on the Spectrum News app, and mirrored to my big screen tv, and it was excellent video.

The difference to what you watched, wgh, and what I watched was your game - as you said was on Spectrum News for the southern half of Ohio. Just like the St. Ed's game in northern Ohio.

That's their "main" channel, so I am sure it gets a ton of resources.

The Hoban game was on ch. 314 - a Spectrum "Special Events" channel. I was glad to watch the game, just disappointed it didn't match up to the quality I am used to seeing.
