That is SHOCKING. I mean I know they beat Sycamore 3-1. But that was on 2 counters and a stolen ball on defense. They had like 35% possession that game. #6 must be eating Anderson alive.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the best game I get to ref all year.

I thought Moeller looked pretty good in the 4-1 win vs Walnut. It was good to see Poppel back in action as he had not played in any scrimmages . He had 2 goals yesterday. In my opinion game was a little sloppy which may be expected early in season. There were quiet a few yellow cards and at least one red card .
The one thing that stood out to me about Moeller which I think is their biggest asset is their defensive quickness. They pressure everywhere and just do not give you a chance to be patient . I think that is what propelled their run to Final 4 last year. They have Princeton this week and then on to a big weekend in Noblesville IN for a tough weekend.

So St X beating East 3-0 was expected. Mason losing 3-0 was not. I expected a tough game, but that result stings a bit. I know they are without a MF all year due to knee injury. But they did pick up a FCC MF this year too. Mason could be in for a tough year as their schedule is brutal. West could sneak by them for the GMC title.
