Toledo Area Hoops 24-25

Bellevue beats Shelby by 4. (Scorestream showed Bellevue up 30 something to 3 in the 3rd at one point. That has to be wrong.

Ha.. You said that I was usually spot on and off my rocker for thinking NV was better. Pretty close dang game.. Big win for sure.
(I had Armstead as a bigger contributor than the younger Battle at ND, she received 2nd team all CHSL :cool: )

She did receive 2nd team CHSL but the freshman was definitely a bigger contributor overall. Those awards seem to be more political than anything. I was at quite a few of those games and watched on BCSN. So I will take that as a tie 🤣
 
I hear Armstead had 5 3's in the first half of the Regional Semis tonight :cool:. I'm thinking they get through Granville and on to States

Beneficiary of diluted competition because of 7 divisions. Unfortunate what happened to our game in the state of Ohio but congrats to them.

Exciting for them that they are moving on, but yes I whole heartedly agree.
Any parochial that can cap their enrollment or has more than 2 kids outside of their allotted district should automatically be Division 1 or Division 2.

4 Divisions with success factors like Indiana and we would be fine. The best thing we had going for us as a state was the final four. And now that is gone. Thanks Doug.

I would crowd fund to get Jerry back. This doesn’t happen under his watch. Or at least if it did he was smooth it over very very well. Not like Doug in his ivory tower probably surrounded by a moat that only small rural admin can access.
 
Notre Dame moves on to State with some stifling defense. Start had a rough day vs Winton Woods, but nothing to hang their heads about. Hell of a season.
OG bows out in a 15 point loss to Africentric.
