As we all have heard, computer ratings are 100% objective and based on facts. Forget the bias crap,computer ratings are where its at. If you;re #3, you're better than #4, and not as good as #2. This is certainly not a comparison of college-prep. It is what the title of the thread says it is: An assessment of computer ratings' accuracy. If you wanted to state how differences between the college and prep game would impact these ratings, do so. It's clear the one and only key difference-Infintely more heasd-head and comparative results from the college game to factor in than what is available at the prep level-would render the college ratings MORE accurate and easier to derive than the prep ratings. Anderson and Hester had MORE relevant, comparative data to factor in to its ratings then any prep ratings could ever have. And yet we see the result.
